At Trenducia (ಟ್ರೆಂಡ್ಯೂಸಿಯಾ), customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged.
The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Required Proof for Claims

To process a return, exchange, or refund request, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the product.
A complete 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is received.
The shipping label and package details must be clearly visible before opening the parcel.
The video must show the entire unpacking process without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
Videos recorded after opening the package, edited videos, screenshots, or incomplete recordings will not be accepted as valid proof.

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in the claim being rejected.

Exchange or Refund

For approved claims, customers may choose:

Product Replacement (Exchange)
Refund

The resolution method will be confirmed after verification of the submitted evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Personalized products
Custom-made products
Print-on-demand products
Gift items customized for customers

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
